LAL Cape Town Residences
This is our most popular option consisting of two on-site and ‘close to school’ student residences. Ideally located in close proximity to beaches and restaurants the accommodation provides a variety of single, double and triple en-suite rooms. The residences provide the ideal student communal environment.

Breakfast is served by our resident housekeeper from 0715 to 0915 every day at both residences

EXECUTIVE RESIDENCE
More mature students may want to choose our on-site Executive Residence. Those rooms are located in a more quiet section of the building, all en-suite, with TV and tea and coffee facilities. The residences provide the ideal student communal environment.

RITZ HOTEL
Located just off the main bustling entertainment street of Sea Point, the Ritz Hotel is a short walk to the popular Sea Point promenade and 5 minutes’ walk from the centre. It has 222 rooms, bars, conference rooms and parking facilities. The revolving restaurant (Top of the Ritz) is situated on the 21st floor, and revolves one full circle every 90 minutes, revealing unsurpassed views of twinkling lights, illuminated Table Mountain and the moonlight on the bay.

HOLIDAY INN WATERFRONT
The new and excellent hotel is only 20 minutes’ walk from our centre, and just a short walk to the shops and restaurants of the famous Waterfront. The Holiday Inn Waterfront is perfectly equipped to cater for business people (with secretarial services, meeting rooms) and for clients who want to enjoy a very high standard hotel (24 hour room service, dry-cleaning and laundry service). The hotel rooms (514 standard rooms, 24 executive rooms, 3 suites) are very tastefully decorated, and the hotel has restaurants, a large bar area, an outdoor pool as well as a fitness centre. Certainly one of the best located hotels in Cape Town, and perfect for our professional clients!
