young learners programmes

Whether the students are beginners or very advanced, they will find a class for their level. When they arrive, they sit an entrance test, which enables us to place them in a course at their level. Each week, a quick evaluation of the students’ levels allows us to assess the progress being made.

- Standard 20 lessons per week (45 minutes per lesson)
- Intensive 25 lessons per week (45 minutes per lesson)

Courses take place in the mornings, from Monday to Friday. Both the standard and a more intensive option are offered to students. Those choosing the intensive option benefit from an additional lesson each day that is purely focused on oral and written communication and comprehension.

Accomodation:

The pupils are accommodated in 4-star bedrooms with private bathrooms, direct telephone lines and television. Our small internet café with several computers allows students to access the internet free of charge. The “Mercure Classic” ESL course centre gives them the opportunity to stay in rooms with 2 to 3 beds, sharing with students from all over the world. The language courses, most of the meals and some of the activities take place in and around these residences. On request, and depending on availability, students can share with a friend.
