Last chance to sign up for our fam trip to LAL Malta and LAL Torbay! The best way to improve or start a collaboration is to see partners schools for yourselves and to meet and get to know the people working in the schools. In order for you to share in the exciting developments taking place throughout the LAL Group we have decided to open our doors to our partners - existing and new - by holding a famtrip in October 2006. Partners are invited to attend either or both Malta and Torbay. LAL will cover the costs of accommodation and transport in both Malta and Torbay (flights NOT included in package). LAL Malta Azure Window, Gozo In Malta visit the newly refurbished premises of our main school in Sliema, visit our brand new centre in Gozo and learn about exciting new programmes such as our pathway programme for students wishing to study at the University of Malta. Agatha Christie Week at LAL Torbay Come to LAL Torbay and join in the English Riviera's celebrations of the life and works of Agatha Christie, the most widely published author of all time. Agatha Christie was born in Torquay on 15th September 1890 and the area is packed with locations to visit and, for this week, a series of activities and writers' events to enjoy. The week begins Sunday 10th September and our school will be organising activities to many of the events on offer.
