HUNTERS LODGE

MATILDA HOUSE
An attractive Victorian property located within a two-minute walk of the school, Matilda House is a convenient option for budget-conscious adults (18 years plus). Located close to the centre of Paignton, there is easy access to shopping and laundry facilities. The residence comprises 13 rooms, divided between twin, single and double rooms, with shared WCs and showers and a kitchen and dining area. Rooms can be booked on a room-only basis.

SUMMERHILL HOTEL
This fine family-run hotel is situated just 10 minutes from the school and overlooks the pleasure beach of Goodrington Sands. The hotel offers a lift and level access, comfortable bedrooms and lounge, licensed bar, restaurant with good food, and a warm personal welcome.
