Kelly College has 5 accommodation houses:

Conway, Courtenay, Marwood, Newton & School

Each house has a payphone. These telephones do not accept incoming calls, but students can phone home using phone cards purchased from the school office. Parents can leave a message on the office telephone/fax machine (the number will be confirmed with the students’ travel documents). Please advise students to phone their parents once they have arrived at the college to assure them they arrived safe and well.

Students are accommodated in 2-6 bed dormitories. Each student has a single bed, (some of which are bunk beds), a wardrobe, and a set of drawers. Part of students’ storage is lockable. Students are asked to bring their own small padlock and at least two keys. Students are advised to leave expensive items in the main administration office.

Full board is included in the package price. Menus are agreed with LAL Torbay in advance, offering a varied, balanced, healthy diet, with all produce supplied from local farmers and butchers, freshly cooked on site.

Students are required to provide a £30 refundable deposit against loss or damage of equipment and/or furniture.

Towels are NOT provided, but bed linen is supplied, and is changed weekly. Rooms are cleaned every day except Sunday.
