I´m Fahad from Saudi Arabia. I´ve been at LAL Torbay for nearly 6 months. I´ve had lovely students from different countries. We have had a wonderful time at LAL. We spent all the time together. We spoke just English and we helped each other to improve our English. The school has a really good system of teaching foreign students and I recommend anyone who wants to study English in the UK to come to this place for learning.

I decided to come to England for working reasons. Amongst the different cities/towns I chose Paignton because of the weather and the sea views. Really beautiful. At first I was a bit afraid about what I was going to find (although I had lived in Ireland for a few months many years ago): a new language, a different culture, different people. You feel alone into the unknown. But my fears disappeared quickly the first day when I knew the school, the teachers, the classmates and the rest of the students coming from different parts of the world. I´m happy to have been here and I´m sure I´ve made the right decision coming to Paignton to improve my English.
