The reservation id a good place to see alligators, Florida panthers with other wildlife and a different way of life. Airboat and Swamp Buggy rides available with overnight Chickee Hut accommodations.

This famous park is only a 10 minute bus ride to East Sunrise Boulevard, offering nature trails, picnic and barbecue areas, in-line skating, volleyball, canoeing and kayaking, and fishing. Its ideal location is in front of famous Fort Lauderdale Beach on one side and the Intracoastal waterway on the other.
This is the largest indoor/outdoor flea market in the US. It is a great place for students to practice their English while bargaining for some goods. It offers live entertainment and food halls and only 20 minutes by bus from school.

Situated at the ocean end of Las Olas Boulevard, these two Olympic-size pools play host to international and university/college swimming and diving competitions. It also houses a museum of Olympic swimming history.
