Intensive English

Intensive English is designed to give the student a solid foundation in the English language and is ideal for students who need to improve their fluency in a relatively short time. Students are encouraged to use the English language by means or role-play, group discussions and a variety of real life situations.

Summary of courses

Standard Intensive: 30 lessons per week, max 12 students per class, all levels. Our Intensive English course at LAL Malta will help you to build your confidence in the different language skills, listening, writing, reading and speaking so as to reach an understanding of native speakers and to be able to communicate with confidence and fluency.
Premium Intensive: 30 lessons per week, max 6 students per class, all levels. Studying English in a premium intensive course means focusing on individual language skills in the morning and working on different aspects of the language such as improving the skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking as well as enhancing and increasing your active vocabulary and grammar knowledge.
Minigroup Intensive: This is the name for Premium Intensive English at IELS in 2010.
